DAMKA AND SOLIDARMED SHARE SICKLE CELL PROGRAMME EXPERIENCES AT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE IN LONDON

Christina Schuler, PhD, Programmes Officer at SolidarMed, is representing DAMKA and SolidarMed at the 21st Annual Sickle Cell & Thalassaemia Conference, hosted by the Academy for Sickle Cell & Thalassaemia (ASCAT) in Westminster, London, United Kingdom.

At the conference, Christina is presenting two oral presentations and one poster presentation, showcasing experiences and insights from their work in Sickle Cell Disease (SCD).

Her participation provides an opportunity to share programme experiences, contribute to discussions on improving SCD care, and exchange knowledge with researchers, healthcare professionals, and partners working to improve outcomes for people living with SCD and thalassaemia.

Through this engagement, DAMKA and SolidarMed continue to contribute to international knowledge-sharing and efforts to strengthen access to comprehensive, quality Sickle Cell Disease care
